DATA CONTROL
Disconnect access.
Request deletion.
You can revoke platform permissions and separately request deletion of information held by ThePulsePost.
1. Disconnect in the application
For an enabled connection, use the disconnection control available in the private application. If a control is unavailable, email support@thepulsepost.online to request that the operator disable the connection and cancel pending publication attempts for that destination. This public website cannot access or disconnect accounts.
Disconnection and deletion are separate actions. You can revoke permissions directly at the platform even if application access is unavailable.
2. Revoke platform access
Open the provider’s account settings and find its connected apps, applications or permissions section. Select ThePulsePost if it is listed and revoke access. The location and wording depend on the provider. This stops future access authorized by that connection.
3. Request deletion
Email support@thepulsepost.online with the subject “ThePulsePost data deletion request”. Identify the application account or project, the relevant connected platform and the information you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, tokens, payment details or identity documents in the initial request. Include only the information needed to identify the request and its scope.
4. Verify the request
We verify that the request comes from the account owner or an authorized representative using only the information reasonably necessary. If the scope is unclear, we ask for clarification before acting. We confirm the next steps and explain the expected completion process and any applicable limits.
5. Delete or de-identify the relevant data
Within the verified scope, we delete or de-identify relevant connection credentials, account identifiers, project material, content, creative assets, schedules and operational records where appropriate. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable obligations.
Necessary security, fraud-prevention and legally required records may have separate retention. Backups may expire separately from active records. We minimize retained information and explain relevant exceptions when responding.
What deletion does not do
Deleting application records does not automatically remove posts or records already held by a social platform. Remove published content through the provider’s own controls and consult its privacy policy. Revoking access alone also does not delete existing ThePulsePost records.
This page explains the request process. It is not a signed provider data-deletion callback. Where a provider requires such an endpoint, it must be implemented and verified separately in the private application.
