POLICIES / PRIVACY

Privacy policy

How information is intended to be handled across the public website and the separate private application.

Operator and scope

ThePulsePost is a content-management project operated from Pakistan. ThePulsePost is the project and product name; this website does not present it as a separately registered company. Contact the operator at support@thepulsepost.online.

This policy covers the public information website and the separate, access-controlled ThePulsePost application. The public website domain is thepulsepost.online. Effective date: 1 October 2026.

Information processed

This public website has no public sign-up, account-connection form, file uploads, advertising trackers or analytics scripts added by ThePulsePost. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser details, request logs and other information needed to deliver and protect the website. Access cookies or other host-level controls are subject to the hosting provider’s practices.

The private application processes information supplied by authorized users, including project knowledge, brand rules, source material, content plans, captions, images, approval decisions, revisions, publishing schedules and operational history. Email enquiries may include your contact information and the details you provide to resolve a support, privacy or deletion request.

Connected-platform information

Where an official integration is enabled and authorized, the application may receive account, profile, page or channel identifiers, selected permission scopes and authorization tokens needed for that feature. Approved content, provider responses and publication results may also be processed. The exact access is limited by the enabled integration and the permissions presented during authorization.

Information comes from users, their authorized source material and the connected provider after its official authorization flow. We do not request ordinary platform passwords when OAuth is available. Listing a platform on this website does not mean it is connected or approved.

Purposes of processing

We use information to organize project material, prepare and review content, manage approved assets, support authorized publication, keep approval and operational history, respond to enquiries and investigate technical faults or misuse. Connected-account information is used for the feature and permissions you authorize.

Processing is based on your requested service and authorization, appropriate consent where required, reasonable operational and security needs, and applicable legal obligations. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Service providers and sharing

The public website is hosted through Hostinger and its hosting infrastructure. Application infrastructure, storage, email and any authorized content-generation providers may process information necessary for their role in delivering the service. We limit provider access to the intended purpose. Content-generation services may be subject to their own terms and data policies.

A connected social platform receives the approved content and account information necessary for an authorized action and applies its own policies. Relevant information may be disclosed to comply with law or address security incidents. We do not sell credentials or authorization tokens or share them for advertising. Connected-platform data is not sent to a content-generation service unless the use is disclosed, permitted by the platform and appropriately authorized.

Retention and deletion

We retain project material and operational records while they are needed for an active workflow, support, security or applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of record and its purpose. We do not retain information indefinitely merely because it was submitted to the service.

Following a verified deletion request, relevant information is deleted or de-identified within the confirmed scope, subject to necessary security or legal exceptions. Backups may expire separately from active records. We explain relevant exceptions and the expected completion process when handling the request. See data deletion.

Revoked credentials must not be used for future platform access. Deleting records from ThePulsePost does not automatically remove posts already published on a third-party platform.

Security and international processing

The public website is separate from the private application and contains no private project records or account credentials. Access to the private application is controlled. We use appropriate access restrictions and safeguards for information processed by the service. No independent security certification, external audit or absolute security guarantee is claimed.

Hosting and other providers may process information outside Pakistan or outside your country. Applicable contractual and technical safeguards are used where required. We do not promise that all service data remains within one country.

Rights and revocation

You may contact support@thepulsepost.online to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have objection, portability, consent-withdrawal and complaint rights. We verify requests using the minimum information reasonably necessary and explain any lawful limits on the requested action.

You may revoke access through the connected platform’s application or permission settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not itself erase existing application records or posts held by the provider.

Google user-data disclosure

This public website does not connect Google accounts. If a Google API integration is enabled in the private application, access is limited to the data and scopes disclosed during authorization and needed for its visible feature. This may include the authorized account or blog identifier, approved content and publishing results, depending on the enabled feature.

Use and transfer of Google user data must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold or used for advertising, credit assessment or general model training. Human access and transfers are restricted to permitted purposes such as the authorized feature, security, legal obligations or other circumstances allowed by that policy. New data uses require updated disclosure and consent where required.

Children

ThePulsePost is intended for authorized business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information for this service. Contact support@thepulsepost.online if you believe such information has been submitted so that we can assess and remove it as required.

Updates and privacy contact

Effective and last updated: 1 October 2026. Material changes to data use will be reflected in this policy and accompanied by appropriate notice and renewed consent where required before the changed processing begins.

Use support@thepulsepost.online for every support, privacy, deletion or security request. See contact for suggested subjects.
