Terms of use
Responsibilities for using ThePulsePost and publishing approved content.
Scope
ThePulsePost is a content-management project operated from Pakistan. The name identifies the project and product, not a separately registered company. These terms govern authorized use of the service. Effective date: 1 October 2026.
The public website provides product information and policies. Application access is separately controlled. This website offers no public sign-up, subscription purchase or direct account-connection flow.
Accounts and credentials
Keep application access and authorized credentials secure. Use official authorization methods and review requested permissions. Where OAuth is available, do not provide ordinary social-platform passwords. Do not place credentials in public content or support emails. Contact support@thepulsepost.online if you suspect unauthorized access.
Content approval and publication
Review factual claims, source material, creative assets, rights, audience settings and the intended destination before approval. A topic or draft approval is not confirmation that publication occurred. Generated content may contain errors and requires human review.
API publication requires an authorized, verified integration. A saved schedule does not by itself confirm publication. Users are responsible for approved content, required permissions and lawful use. Confirm publication results through the application or the destination platform.
Third-party platforms
Provider services are governed by their own terms, policies, access plans and technical limits. Requirements, availability and billing may change. ThePulsePost does not promise platform approval, continued API access or uninterrupted publication. Platform names identify intended destinations and do not imply partnership or endorsement.
Intellectual property
You must have the rights and permissions needed for source material, trademarks, images and other content you provide or approve. You retain your rights in your material. You authorize the processing and transmission needed to carry out the workflow you request.
ThePulsePost branding includes the square logo created for this website. It does not imply affiliation with a social platform. Do not use another party’s intellectual property without appropriate permission.
Prohibited activity
Do not use the service for unauthorized account access, credential theft, impersonation, unlawful or infringing content, spam, harassment, malware, or bypassing provider permissions, review requirements or limits. Do not expose confidential material or submit sensitive information without an appropriate lawful purpose. Access may be restricted where needed to address misuse or a security concern.
Availability and disclaimers
The service may require maintenance and depends on external infrastructure and providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free generated content, successful publication or continued provider access. Review important decisions and retain copies of material you need independently. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Responsibility and liability
Each user remains responsible for their authorized use, submitted material and approved publication decisions. We are responsible for operating the service in accordance with these terms and applicable obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms do not impose a monetary liability cap or require you to waive statutory rights. Contact us to resolve concerns about the service; any unresolved dispute remains subject to applicable law and available legal rights.
